Return and Refund Policy

At Auren Beauty, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, damaged items, defective products, and order issues are handled.

Returns

Returns may be accepted if the item is unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Change of mind returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and must meet the return conditions listed below.

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and personal care products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required to be accepted under applicable law.

Return Conditions

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label, where possible

Once reviewed, Auren Beauty may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless defective, damaged, incorrect, or required by law:

  • Opened beauty products
  • Used skincare or personal care products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Gift cards, if applicable
  • Final sale items, where clearly stated

Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns may be considered only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns, unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, Auren Beauty will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or payment method used.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered where stock is available.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, Auren Beauty may offer a refund, store credit, or alternative solution.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item received.

We will review the issue and assist with the appropriate correction.

Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions will be provided once a return request has been reviewed.

Customers should not send products back without first contacting Auren Beauty and receiving return instructions.

Auren Beauty is not responsible for items returned without prior approval or items lost during return shipping.
