International shipping is not available at launch, but may be introduced in the future as the brand expands.

Incorrect Delivery Information

If an order is returned due to incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts, or the customer being unavailable, the customer may be responsible for any additional delivery costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your order is delayed, damaged, or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant details.

For damaged parcels, please provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so that we can review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Undeliverable Orders

If a courier is unable to deliver an order due to incorrect information, failed delivery attempts, or the customer being unavailable, the order may be returned to Auren Beauty.

Additional delivery fees may apply if the order needs to be resent.

Collection and Local Delivery

Collection and local delivery options may only be available if clearly shown at checkout.

If these options are not shown at checkout, they are not available for that order.
